    Membership is open to all. To join, you are required to make a financial investment in the co-op via paid Member Equity.

    Member Equity Investment Agreement

    I hereby apply for founding membership in the New Orleans Food Community. With my investment, I am becoming a part owner of this cooperative grocery store. Member equity is used for development and operation of a cooperative storefront in New Orleans.

    Founding member equity is always at risk and potentially not available for refund. After the store has been open for two years, equity investments may be refundable.

    By checking this box I accept the terms of this member equity investment agreement.
     

    PAYMENT:

    Online payment is processed only through PayPal. All you need is credit card info, name, and address, or your current PayPal login ID. A receipt will be e-mailed from PayPal.
    Note:
    Your credit card statement will say PayPal, but the e-mail receipt will show New Orleans Food Co-op as the recipient.

    Note: Membership dues can be paid with cash or check at monthly community informational meeting..

    2 You will automatically be taken to a Payment page. The PayPal forms must be completed to process your dues payment.

    After payment has been verified, you will receive membership confirmation via e-mail.
